Tip #1: Face wash:
Wash your face twice a day with a Vitamin C face wash. Vitamin C has rich antioxidant properties that help the skin fight free radical damage. You can use an oil-free and paraben-free cleanser if you have sensitive skin. Avoid using soap-based products as they tend to dry out the skin. You can try a Vitamin-C Radiance Face Wash: it clears the pores and deeply cleanses the face to brighten it from within.
Tip #2: Moisturise:
Choose a non-sticky and preferably gel-based moisturizer as it’s already scorching hot outside, and you wouldn’t like a sticky, heavy cream above it. Apply a good skin whitening cream after cleansing and leave it on for 10 minutes before applying makeup. Try the best skin lightening cream made with natural ingredients like milk enzymes, saxifrage and grape extract, as they are suitable for all skin types.
Tip #3: Use sunscreen:
Apply sunscreen liberally and all over the exposed body parts such as hands, arms, legs, neck and face every morning before heading out in the sun. Invest in a good sunscreen with a broad UV spectrum (at least SPF 30) and reapply every 2-3 hours. You can try a Daily Sunscreen around SPF 50 or whichever suits your skin, which is perfect for oily and acne-prone skin. This matt gel formula leaves no white cast and contains orange extracts that are extremely useful in treating sunburns, reducing suntan, pigmentation and dark spots.
Tip #4: Exfoliate regularly:
Dead skin cells clog up pores, which leads to breakouts and blackheads during the summer months. To avoid this, scrub your face with a gentle exfoliant once a week to remove dead cells and dirt in your facial pores. It will leave you with smooth, glowing skin free of acne or blackheads.
Tip #5: Choose makeup wisely:
Choose water-based or oil-free foundations and moisturizers. Use a loose powder to set your makeup and keep it from getting smudged by sweat. Also read: Makeup Trends That Are Here To Stay
Tip #6: Moisturise lips:
Use a lip balm or lipstick with SPF 15 every day to keep lips moisturized and protected from sun damage. Avoid lip gloss because they tend to be sticky, which can trap bacteria on the lips.
Tip #7: Wash hands regularly:
Don’t forget to wash your hands every time you touch your face, since bacteria from your hands can spread to your face and cause irritation or redness.
Tip #8: Drink lots of water:
Drinking water is highly beneficial to keep your body systems working properly. It helps you stay healthy, hydrated, and your skin youthful and radiant.
Tip #9: Milk for glowing skin:
Milk contains nutrients that are good for the skin, like vitamins A, B2 and B12, calcium, protein and potassium. Milk also contains lactic acid, which helps break down dead skin cells and unclog pores in the skin. That is why it is a key ingredient in the best skin lightening creams.
Tip #10: Make sure you have a good sleep every day:
Sleeping allows your body to repair itself from daily damage, so you wake up with a fresh face every morning. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night will help improve the quality of your skin. Also read: Effective Ways to Sleep Better at Night

Tip #12: Eat healthy food:
Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy products. These are good for your skin as well as your body.
Tip #13: Use anti-tan face packs and aloe vera cooling gels:
Anti-tan face packs will not only help you get rid of tan but also give you glowing skin. Aloe vera gels are also good for your skin as they soothe dry and tanned skin and keep it hydrated.
Tip #14: Use a Vitamin C serum:
Vitamin C is an important antioxidant. It reduces wrinkles, acne, spots and pigmentation. It also protects and heals the skin from sun damage. So it’s time to start using a Vitamin C serum as it penetrates the skin’s deepest layer to give maximum benefits. Also read: Common Mistakes in Your Skin Care Routine
